Matthew Spencer immigrated to Aoteareoa in late 2019 after nearly two decades in data and digital at organisations such as the FBI, Leidos, Epic, Mylan (Viatris) and state government roles in West Virginia and Wisconsin. Matthew specialises in establishing data science teams and productionising machine learning for public benefit and social impact.
