Data visualisation dashboard for UMN

We were tasked by the University of Minnesota to develop SAVI (Shiny Analysis Visual Insights), a novel application to analyse and visualise animal health data. A key requirement was to create a flexible app that can accommodate a range of animal species and diseases, while maintaining an analytically strong and consistent framework. Built using R and Shiny, SAVI integrates multiple forms of epidemiological analyses, including frequency, genetic, spatial, and movement data providing an interactive and scaleable information interface for researchers and stakeholders alike.
